    Sussan Turner
    Chief Executive

    Sussan has been in senior leadership roles for the past 25 years including Group CEO of MediaWorks Ltd and Managing Director of Radio Otago - a publicly listed Company and CEO RadioWorks. Experienced in both acquisitions and amalgamations she is passionate about building executive teams and company cultures.  High focus on revenue generation and business transformation has seen her deliver increased top and bottom line performance for her shareholders. She is currently also appointed by Government to the boards of Television New Zealand (TVNZ) and Auckland University of Technology (AUT) where she is Pro Chancellor.

  • Peter Crossan
    Peter Crossan
    Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

    Peter is an experienced CFO and Chartered Accountant who has held a range of senior finance positions in both New Zealand and the UK. Peter has also had experience in general management and technology roles. Prior to joining Aspire2 in 2015, Peter spent 15 years at MediaWorks and played a key role in their successful Initial Public Offering in 2004. Peter has also spent time in the audit, banking, carpet and plastics industries giving him broad commercial experience across many financial, technology and strategic areas.

  • Clare Bradley
    Clare Bradley
    Chief Executive - Aspire2 International

    Clare joined Aspire2 Group in March 2015 and became chief executive of Aspire2 International in September 2016. Clare is a lawyer with a background in commercial litigation.  Her experience has encompassed work as an advocate in all of our courts (including the Privy Council) and she has worked as in house legal counsel for a number of media entities in addition to undertaking regulatory compliance responsibilities. Her community work  has seen her contribute to the leadership of a high performing swimming club and serve on parent groups at the schools her children attended including a period on the board of trustees for Epsom Girls Grammar School.

  • Jenny Solomon
    Jenny Solomon
    Chief Executive - Solomon Group

    Jenny is responsible for Solomon Group’s Operations, Recruitment and Employment services and is a qualified workplace assessor and trainer with experience in tutoring in Small Business Management. She was involved in the development of the NZQA ‘Personal Financial Management' Unit standards and is an ANZ Money Minded Accredited Facilitator.

    Annemarie joined Aspire2 Business In March 2017 following a seasoned career in sales, marketing and leadership for organisations including Orion Health, Television New Zealand, SEEK and TV3. Annemarie is a performance-driven team player with a passion for creating consumer and customer advantage to drive sustainable growth and stakeholder value.

    Nick Yerni
    Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Cornerstone Education

    Nick has managed the successful NZ Welding School since 2016 and now oversees Cornerstone Education as COO, where he is leading the development of New Zealand’s newest trade training campus Aspire2 Trades. He has proven experience in all areas of education operations in New Zealand. His extensive education management expertise has seen him lead major projects for Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology (NMIT), Skills Update Training Institute and the Kiwi Institute of Training and Education.
