  • Sussan Turner
    Sussan Turner
    Chief Executive

    Sussan has been in senior leadership roles for the past 25 years including Group CEO of MediaWorks Ltd and Managing Director of Radio Otago - a publicly listed Company and CEO RadioWorks. Experienced in both acquisitions and amalgamations she is passionate about building executive teams and company cultures.  High focus on revenue generation and business transformation has seen her deliver increased top and bottom line performance for her shareholders. She is currently also appointed by Government to the boards of Television New Zealand (TVNZ) and Auckland University of Technology (AUT) where she is Pro Chancellor.

    Peter Crossan
    Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

    Peter is an experienced CFO and Chartered Accountant who has held a range of senior finance positions in both New Zealand and the UK. Peter has also had experience in general management and technology roles. Prior to joining Aspire2 in 2015, Peter spent 15 years at MediaWorks and played a key role in their successful Initial Public Offering in 2004. Peter has also spent time in the audit, banking, carpet and plastics industries giving him broad commercial experience across many financial, technology and strategic areas.

  • Clare Bradley
    Clare Bradley
    Chief Executive - Aspire2 International

    Clare joined Aspire2 Group in March 2015 and became chief executive of Aspire2 International in September 2016. Clare is a lawyer with a background in commercial litigation.  Her experience has encompassed work as an advocate in all of our courts (including the Privy Council) and she has worked as in house legal counsel for a number of media entities in addition to undertaking regulatory compliance responsibilities. Her community work  has seen her contribute to the leadership of a high performing swimming club and serve on parent groups at the schools her children attended including a period on the board of trustees for Epsom Girls Grammar School.

  • Lynette Donohoe
    Lynette Donohoe
    Chief Executive - Solomon Group

    Lynette Donohoe originally started with Solomon Group when it was established in 1999. She returned to the organisation as a Strategic Partnership Manager and is now our Chief Executive. With over 20 years’ experience working for the public sector (with a senior management background in employment and tertiary education), Lynette is recognised for her pragmatic approach to innovation which has led to the successful implementation of a number of projects and initiatives. This includes the recent success of establishing ARA, Airport Jobs and Skills Hub.

    Chris Hunter
    Chief Executive - Safety 'n Action

    Chris has extensive management experience internationally and within NZ, including most recently as Head of Etihad Holidays & Hala Abu Dhabi based in the United Arab Emirates. He has also been GM Strategy Development for Flight Centre NZ and at Air New Zealand held leadership positions in sales, marketing, ecommerce and operations.  He holds an MBA from the University of Auckland.

    Linda Weterman
    Chief Executive – Cornerstone Education

    Linda has extensive experience in the tertiary education sector, having spent the last 20 years in the industry. Some of Linda’s roles over that period include Senior Lecturer, Learning Systems Manager, Head of School and most recently Chief Executive of YMCA for the Greater Wellington region, she brings a blend of business and educational experience to her role.
