Sussan Turner

Sussan has been in senior leadership roles for the past 25 years including Group CEO of MediaWorks Ltd and Managing Director of Radio Otago - a publicly listed Company, and CEO of RadioWorks. Experienced in both acquisitions and amalgamations she is passionate about building executive teams and company cultures. High focus on a customer centric culture has seen her deliver consistent top and bottom line performance for her shareholders. She is currently also a Director of NZME.
Peter Crossan
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Peter is an experienced CFO and Chartered Accountant who has held a range of senior finance positions in both New Zealand and the UK. Peter has also had experience in general management and technology roles. Prior to joining Aspire2 in 2015, Peter spent 15 years at MediaWorks and played a key role in their successful Initial Public Offering in 2004. Peter has also spent time in the audit, banking, carpet and plastics industries giving him broad commercial experience across many financial, technology and strategic areas.
Sunil Bhargav

Sunil has been working in the education sector for over 10 years in New Zealand and internationally. He previously worked as a lawyer before embarking on extensive overseas travel. His experience in the education sector started in the English Language sector before moving into broader academic leadership and his role now as General Manager of Aspire2 International/Aspire2 Education. He is a pragmatic leader with wide-ranging experience driving change and managing strategic projects. Sunil is a strong advocate of the transformative power of education, is committed to impacting lives through education and has continued to engage in learning opportunities throughout his working life.

Nick Hyde
Commercial Partnerships
Nick has been involved in the education sector for the past 21 years. He started out working in the family owned PTE as a tutor before working his way up to the General Manager position. He then took those experiences and founded Vanguard Military School in 2014, a senior secondary school catering for students from all over Auckland and operated as it’s CEO until recently becoming the Chairman of the Board. Nick has an extensive background with a wide range of Government Departments either through the contracts they have held together or through collaboration to improve student outcomes.
Marie Willis

Marie Willis originally started out with Aspire2 Group managing the Marketing and Communications for two of our brands, Safety 'n Action and Aspire2 Business Workplace Communication. With over 12 years’ experience, it was not long before she was called upon to direct our group wide marketing teams. In her capacity as Group Marketing Director Marie is known for her innovative approach to marketing, recruitment and brand development. Her ability to pivot and adapt to market conditions sees our brands well prepared to continue growth within their respective industries.
Tony Boyce
General Manager: Distance Learning
Group Director of Quality Assurance
Tony has been with Aspire2 Group for over 6 years. He started as the Director of Quality Assurance and works closely with our brands and government agencies to ensure the highest quality training programs and outcomes for our students. Tony also serves as the General Manager for our distance learning schools, including the Naturopathic College of NZ and Aspire2 Business Management Programmes.
Tony is passionate about incorporating Tikanga and Te Reo into our programs and is a strong advocate for diversity accross the group. He takes great satisfaction in seeing our learners progress from low skill levels to becoming highly trained professionals in their fields of study.
